Karl Heinz Martin

Karl Heinz Martin manufactured Eva pointes, named after his daughter, in Germany until the 2000's. Then, the company was sold to Sansha. For awhile, Sansha was making them, and the website still exists, but I have not seen an Eva pointe shoe in years.

The original shoes were lightweight and durable. Supportive yet flexible.  It was available in various vamp lengths and four different strength insoles, including a 3/4 and half shank. It molds very quickly to the foot and was made with a hygenically safe paste formula that limits the incidence of foot problems. Special orders were available for advanced students and professionals.

There were other models made by the K,H. Martin company while it was still in its original form, but I do not currently know the names of them.
